2. Product Information & Perishable Goods Notice

  • Product Description: We strive to ensure that fruit visuals, descriptions, weights, and product details on our site are as accurate as possible. However, because fresh fruits and agricultural produce vary naturally in shape, size, color, and weight, natural variations may occur.
  • Perishable Nature: Fresh produce and certain perishable items must be inspected upon delivery. Any issues regarding quality, damage, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
  • Availability: All items are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or discontinue items based on seasonal supply.

3. Pricing & Payment

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Order Cancellations: Orders for perishable items can only be canceled prior to dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
  • Returns & Replacements: Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or intact perishable food products once successfully delivered, unless the delivered items are damaged, rotten, or incorrect.
  • Refund Process: Approved refunds for damaged or incorrect goods will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
